Daytona 500

February 26, 2017 is fast approaching.  We are busy organizing schedules and planning for our customers so they can enjoy the event and maximize their time with clients and friends.  It is always a busy time, bringing in guests from Orlando, Jacksonville and of course Daytona.  If you have ever been to a race, you know how intense the traffic can be.  Many of our large clients like Ford, and our private individual clients first request is to have guaranteed Police Escorts so they can bypass hours waiting in their vehicles.  Don't let yourself be stuck with the rest of the crowds, call us today 727-360-7628 and let us handle your travels.

Ultra Music Festival in Miami

For the 3rd year in row we were proud to be on the artist letter as the recommended transportation and logistics provider at Ultra Music Festival in Miami.  Steve Aoki and his Dim Mak crew, Robin Schulz, Tchami and many more were just some of our clients over the weekend.  From SUV’s to Yachts, we had them covered so they could perform their sets when they needed, and also enjoy themselves without their managers having to worry about the logistics.

Experience the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay & Armani's

When I pulled up to the hotel, the word grand definately fits the bill.  To get to Armani’s you can choose to valet park, or simply pull past the main entrance and travel up the driveway a little longer and pull into the parking garage.  Once I was parked, I walked inside the hotel where I met an employee who graciously guided  me to the elevators and directed me to Armani’s.  The restaurant and lounge are located on the 14th floor.  It feels special when you walk out of the elevator and into the lobby of the restaurant.  Several hostesses greeted me and let me know to continue on through the lounge and the dining area to the outside patio terrace where the BACA group was.  There was plenty of space, with some tables, outdoor couches and loungers available for everyone to gather around while enjoying some wine and horderves.   After everyone had been socializing for a while, Michael Lusher, the GM at Armani’s came out and welcomed us, along with one of the chef’s.  We learned a bit of the history of both Michael and his restaurant experience around the county, along with Armani’s 30+ year history.  The terrace offered a beautiful 180 degree view of the city, with Raymond James stadium on one side, and the beautiful waters of Tampa Bay on the other.   Shortly after we were escorted inside where there were 3 long tables perfectly set for our group.  Two types of warm bread, accompanied with a butter spread and olive spread were given to us while they finished preparations for all of the courses.  It was great to have both Michael, and head Chef Robert Maggi give us descriptions and ingredients of the food.  It was fantastic!  We had swordfish, veal and chicken, each one gave us incredible flavors that were different from the last.  For dessert we had a sorbet that was light and refreshing. As the sun was setting, everyone went outside and soaked up the beautiful sunset.  As the evening wound down, Rafael Ufret, one of the hotels concierge gave the group a tour of the property.  Showcasing lounges, waterfront areas, recreation and plenty of amenities that anyone would want for a small party on their getaway, or a large group for their incentive trip.  The entire evening was a wonderful experience, from warm hospitality to excellent service and ambiance. The restaurant is rolling out their spring menu on April 3, 2017, along with Tramanto a Armani’s Sala Sunset at Armani’s Lounge)  They will be featuring discounted wines by the glass, $5 off select appetizers and a weekly featured cocktail.  The happy hour will be from 5:30-7:00 Monday through Thursday and available in the lounge.  The new menu will add a blend of traditional and modern cuisine preparations with flavors that are off the charts. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your anniversary dinner, or where to hold your next company conference trip, I would not shy away from an experience at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay and Armani’s.   To visit: Grandtampabay.hyatt.com
