The Wilbur Group was created in response to the inadequate service

and professionalism that I observed while providing charters for top

executives and celebrities throughout the country. I was continually

amazed that so many vendors misrepresented their capabilities, service

delivery, and equipment. My clients began to tell me that when I directly

was engaged and overseeing their charter they experienced “outstanding

service”. However, once they would step off the jet or helicopter and venture

outside of what I had control over the outcome was unpredictable at best.

 

I knew there had to be a better way so I began to increase my involvement in

the many aspects of their charters. The impact was immediate and provided

my customers with an experience that was previously unavailable in the

industry. This led to my clients requesting that I handle all the logistical

aspects of their personal, corporate, and sports related travels.

 

12 years later The Wilbur Group, TWG, has grown into an organization that

provides services throughout the continental United States and select

international destinations. I am proud to say our services and our clients

have helped us build a company that has expanded solely by referral.

 

The goal in forming TWG was to provide a level of service that was not

available to my customers; which has been surpassed and now TWG offers a

service unmatched in the industry! My staff and I will do everything possible
